At REZIWOOD, we create premium handcrafted wooden and resin-based furniture and dΓ©cor. Due to the made-to-order and artisanal nature of our products, we follow a strict yet transparent policy to ensure fairness to both customers and our production process.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is not eligible for cancellation or return.
- In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved, a 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total order value.
- Orders that have been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Refused deliveries (except in cases of visible transit damage) are not eligible for refunds.
1.2 Order Modification
- Requests for modifications (size, finish, color, or design) must be made within 48 hours of order placement.
- Modifications after this period may be allowed only if production materials have not been sourced or used.
- Additional charges may apply based on feasibility.

2. Product Inspection & Unboxing Requirements
2.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from opening the package to complete product inspection.
This is mandatory to:
- Verify the condition of the product upon delivery
- Identify transit or manufacturing damage
- Process return or replacement claims
β οΈ Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
2.2 Damage or Defect Reporting
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs and videos must be provided.
- Original packaging must be retained for inspection or return pickup.
3. Return & Refund Policy
3.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Assembled, used, or customer-damaged items
- Products without a valid unboxing video
3.2 Eligible Returns
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit (with proof), or
- The delivered product differs from the confirmed order specifications
Conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Invoice, original packaging, and accessories must be included
4. Return Shipping
- Reverse logistics charges are borne by the customer
- All charges will be communicated transparently
- Customers may also arrange their own courier service
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7β14 business days after inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping, packaging, COD, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
6. Replacements & Exchanges
- Replacements are issued only for verified cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery
- Valid unboxing video and image proof are mandatory
- In rare cases, advance replacement may be provided if:
- The original packaging was damaged in transit, and
- A refundable security deposit of 50% of the product value is paid
7. Product-Specific Policy
Non-Customized Products
- Eligible for refund or replacement after inspection
Customized / Resin / Epoxy Products
- Due to their handcrafted nature, refunds are not applicable
- REZIWOOD may offer repair, touch-up, or remanufacturing, depending on the issue
8. Cancellation by REZIWOOD
REZIWOOD reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Material or stock unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
9. Gift Orders & Credit Notes
- Returned gift items will receive a store credit voucher
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original purchaser
10. International Orders
- International orders are non-returnable and non-replaceable
- Customers are advised to confirm all specifications before placing an order
11. Quality Assurance & Final Authority
Every REZIWOOD product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.
REZIWOOD reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
